My book is in two parts:
Part 1: My Story. This is my story of recovering from cancer, for the second time, and how being fat, unfit, unhealthy and feeling old before my time triggered my mid-life crisis and a journey through a whole-life transformation to feel youthful, beautiful and excited about life again!
Part 2: Your Story. This part is where I share with you the system I developed to make real change in my life. I give you the tools and take you through the process of figuring out who you really are, what makes you special, beautiful and interesting, and what you have to offer the world that people can love about you. By working to discover (or rediscover) your core values, you will learn why certain aspects of your life may not be working for you, and how to change your lifestyle, in big or small ways, to fulfil your core values for a happier, richer and more fulfilling life.
